No. You pay once, per publication, and the link stays online (permanent from Solo). The plan belongs to the publication, not to the account: you can have a free Discovery publication and a Pro publication on the same account, with no commitment and no renewal.
On the Discovery plan, your publication is hosted for free for up to 3 months: you choose 1, 2 or 3 months when you upload (3 by default). A trial without an account from the home page creates a preview that stays available for 3 days. From Solo upwards, the link is permanent: it never expires on its own.
PDFs only. The Discovery plan accepts up to 40 pages and 25 MB, Solo up to 120 pages and 75 MB. The Pro and Dedicated plans have no page or size limit.
Yes, and you do it yourself. Each publication keeps the plan chosen when it was created; in the editor, the “Change” button next to the plan lets you move up to a higher plan at any time. You can also have a Discovery publication and a Solo publication side by side on the same account: the plan belongs to the publication, not to the account.
Your publication is generated immediately, with no upfront payment. You then have 7 days to pay; after that, access is temporarily suspended until payment is received (nothing is ever deleted).
Only if you decide so. Search indexing is chosen publication by publication, at creation or at any time in the editor; it stays off until you turn it on. Once enabled, your publication is ready for Google: every page has its own address and text that search engines can read, with a sitemap and an automatic description. A temporary link (Discovery, trial without an account) or one protected by an access code is never indexed. Learn more about our approach to SEO.
Yes, from the Solo plan upwards: an access code you give to your recipients, so you can share a confidential catalog without making it open to everyone.
Yes, on the Pro and Dedicated plans: your catalog can be available at catalog.yourbrand.com. We handle the setup (DNS and certificate).
It goes to a trash bin for 30 days before being permanently deleted, giving you time to restore it if needed.
Yes: we never store IP addresses, only the country derived from them at the time of the visit. No tracking cookies, and no personal data collected about your visitors.
Yes. Interactive hotspots (links, videos, images, carousels, downloads) are available on all plans, including Discovery: you place them in the editor, without touching the PDF or regenerating the publication. Product cards, with a quote request or purchase link, are included from the Pro plan upwards.
